Support Consultant

    Arago is a well-known SAP implementation partner certified on SAP Concur Expense, Request, Travel and Invoice modules. Additionally, we are a SAP Concur App Center partner that creates and publishes Apps to enhance the solution.

    We support our clients throughout their HRIS project, from the expression of needs to the implementation and post-go-live support by favoring the transfer of skills to the teams in the various countries deployed.

    🌍 With a head office based in Paris, we are established in several European countries, but also in South America. We are thus able to support our clients all over the world, during and after their HRIS projects.

    We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant to support our clients in their digital transformation.

    Your missions

    As a Support Consultant, you will join our team to advise our customers, help them to use the tools implemented at home and to unlock them in case of difficulty. ​

    • Process customer requests in accordance with Support procedures and in compliance with service quality standards ​

    • Analyze the problems and find the best solution for the client

    • Formalize written answers, possibly accompanied by telephone explanations Support the activities of the project teams to continue to improve your skills and participate in the growth of the company​​

      In addition to these operational missions, we count on you to participate in the life of our company and to be a driving force of our culture of customer satisfaction, self-help and willingness to progress​.

    Your profile

    • Higher education, in Computer Science, you have at least a first experience working in a HRIS environment. ​

    • You want to accelerate your career by integrating the world of cloud and a forward-looking business.

    • You are good communicator.

    • You speak fluent Spanish, English and speak a very good French.

      As part of your integration you will benefit from training and certification to quickly integrate international projects. ​
