    In a context of continued growth, we are looking for a SuccessFactors Support Consultant in Casablanca, Morocco.

    Missions

    Your missions

    As a SF Support Consultant, you will join our team to advise our customers, help them to use the tools implemented at home and to unlock them in case of difficulty. ​

    Y​ou will be brought to do the following activities: ​

    • Process customer requests in accordance with Support procedures and in compliance with service quality standards ​

    • Analyze the problems and find the best solution for the client​

    • Formalize written answers, possibly accompanied by telephone explanations Support the activities of the project teams to continue to improve your skills and participate in the growth of the company​​

    In addition to these operational missions, we count on you to participate in the life of our company and to be a driving force of our culture of customer satisfaction, self-help and willingness to progress​.

    Profil

    Your profile

    • Higher education, in Computer Science or in Human Resources, you have at least a first experience working in a HRIS environment. ​

    • You want to accelerate your career by integrating the world of cloud and a forward-looking business. You are good communicator and motivated to join us.​

    • You speak French and fluent English. As part of your integration you will benefit from training and certification to quickly integrate international projects. ​
