Your missions
As a SAP ECP Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring and maintaining the SAP ECP solution.
Act as a functional lead in the area of SAP ECP.
Demonstrate and explain SAP Payroll best practices.
Conduct client workshops and gather requirements.
Analyze and document requirements, design solution and write functional specifications.
Perform ECP system configuration, including PTP replication.
Configure and support Payroll Control Center.
Perform functional and system integration testing.
Within projects, provide support to UAT, training, data migration, and cutover.
Respond and resolve incidents post go-live.
Review, analyze and test impact of payroll related changes when introducing support packages and during new releases.
Your profile
Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll, including PTP replication and Payroll Control Center.
Experience in one or more SAP Payroll localizations.
Understanding SuccessFactors Employee Central data model in relation to SAP Payroll.
Familiar with ABAP (debugging and basic development).
Fluent in Portuguese and English, knowledge of French is a plus.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a project and/or support environment.
Good communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
