Travel & Expense Pre-Sales Specialist

We also provide post go-live support and transfer of competencies to the teams in the different deployed countries.

    With a head office based in Paris, we are established in several European countries, but also in South America. We are thus able to support our clients all over the world, during and after their T&E and HRIS projects.

    In a context of strong growth and evolution, we are looking for a Travel & Expense Pre-Sales Specialist based in Benelux.

    Your missions

    In your role as Travel & Expense Pre-Sales Specialist, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

    • Engage with potential clients to understand their travel and expense management requirements and challenges.

    • Demonstrate our products capabilities, focusing on how our solutions address specific client needs.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.

    • Provide expertise and insights during client meetings, helping to guide discussions towards a successful sale.

    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.

    • Assist in the creation of customized proposals and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals).

    • Participate in conferences and workshops to represent the company and gather market intelligence.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Presales, preferably in the travel and expense management industry.

    • Strong understanding of travel and expense management processes and software.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in French, English and Dutch.

    • Ability to build relationships and engage effectively with clients and team members.

    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • SAP Concur and Amadeus Cytric knowledge would be a strong asset.

    • Knowledge of the French, Benelux, or European public sector market would be a key differentiator.

    • Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
