SAP Concur Technical Integration Consultant

    We support our clients throughout their T&E projects, from the expression of needs to the implementation and post-go-live support by favoring the transfer of skills to the teams in the various countries deployed.

    We are seeking a seasoned SAP Concur Technical Integration Consultant to join our dynamic team of experts. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the integration solutions between SAP Concur and various ERP systems to streamline business processes and improve the expense management and travel experience for our clients.

    Your missions

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and integration requirements between SAP Concur and their chosen ERP system.

    • Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable integration solutions using SAP Concur Integration Tools, middleware, and APIs.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to service level agreements.

    • Configure and customize SAP Concur according to the client’s requirements while ensuring best practices are followed.

    • Provide technical guidance and support during the integration testing phase to ensure accurate data flow between SAP Concur and ERP systems.

    • Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are equipped to use and maintain the integration solutions effectively.

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, systems configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

    • Stay abreast of the latest updates and features in SAP Concur and ERP systems to continually enhance integration offerings.

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, software developers, and business analysts, to deliver end-to-end integration solutions.

    • Provide post-implementation support and engage in continuous improvement initiatives for existing integrations.

    Your profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

    • Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or similar role with a focus on SAP Concur and ERP integrations.

    • Deep understanding of SAP Concur solutions, including expense, invoice, and travel management modules.

    • Strong experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other leading platforms.

    • Knowledge of integration tools and middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO,SAP BTP or similar).

    • Proficiency in using API technologies (REST, SOAP) for integration purposes.

    • Experience in managing projects involving SaaS and cloud-based technologies.
